About Me
Bob initiated his real estate advisory practice focused on the downtown Boston office market in 1988 and was employed by Meredith & Grew, Inc. (Colliers’ predecessor) from 1995 - 2003. He rejoined the Boston team in October 2015 after more than a decade of solely representing local and national institutions, corporations and business services as a Tenant Advisor. Bob is highly consultative and advisory in his real estate practice.
Bob has completed transactions totaling more than 7 million SF during his 30-year career. He has represented numerous clients throughout North America and advises on complex, multi-market facility portfolios. Bob owned and operated an independent real estate business and was president & principal shareholder of The Codman Company, one of the oldest full service real estate companies in Greater Boston. During his career, he has been named a “Power Broker” by CoStar Research, has participated in Downtown Deal of the Year honors awarded by the Commercial Brokers Association and was named to the “Top 40 Under 40” list by the Boston Business Journal. Bob has written numerous articles for industry publications, been a guest speaker and panelist for many industry events and university educational programs. He is an expert in his practice.
