Richard Dodge has always been passionate about commercial real estate. His father was an acknowledged real estate professional and sparked a significant interest in Richard to pursue an education in investment. Richard has gone on to have a successful career in real estate, first helping entrepreneurs successfully start their businesses and going on to become a Utah County specialist in the sale and leasing of property, land and investments. Richard’s expertise enables him to accommodate any client during all stages of their investment journey.

Having lived in Utah County for most of his life, Richard has a strong understanding of the market. He resolves all the needs of his clients with great attention to customer service and extensive market knowledge. Richard is part of the Dodge-Rossi team at Colliers International, which has seen enormous success through more than 50 years of combined experience.
