Reid Longley

Reid is an Executive Vice President in Colliers Manhattan office.  With over 13 years of transaction experience, Reid provides tenant representation and advisory services to a variety of clients in the financial services, insurance, law, media and technology industries.  He specializes in developing occupancy scenarios, evaluating strategic options and negotiating leases for his clients.  Prior to joining Colliers in 2018, Reid worked at JLL and he began his career in the Corporate Real Estate Group at Credit Suisse.

In 2022, Reid was a recipient of Colliers Everest Club Award, which recognizes the firm's top 10% of brokerage and valulation professionals in the U.S.  In 2017, he was named to the Commercial Observer's "30 Under 30: Best and Brightest in NYC Real Estate", and received SL Green Realty Corporation's "Most Transactions in a Year" Award in 2015 as well as the "Rookie of the Year" Award in 2013.  In 2014, he was awarded Empire State Realty Trust's "Most Creative Deal of the Year".
