Peggy Garcia

Peggy Garcia has spent more than 30 years helping national and local tenants, landlords and developers achieve their occupancy goals. Her reputation for achieving the best terms and win-win solutions is well known in Utah. Her broad range of tenant representation experience includes national corporations, non-profit organizations, data centers and local companies. She has also supported landlords in increasing occupancy and maximizing value throughout the Salt Lake Valley. Her most recent successes include representing Parkside Tower in both increasing occupancy as well as negotiating a top price for the asset when the owner decided to sell the property.

Before joining Colliers International in early 2018, Peggy was consistently at the top of CBC Advisors’ agent lineup since joining the company in 2004. By then, she had built a resume that included more than 13 years as a vice president at CBRE. She was consistently in the top 10 percent of Coldwell Agents throughout the world and regularly earned a place in the prestigious Circle of Distinction internationally. Locally, Peggy has been recognized by CCIM as a top performer and has been featured on the cover of the business section of The Salt Lake Tribune as a pioneer in building the presence of qualified women in Utah business.
