Morgan Bettison

As an assistant property manager, Morgan oversees 1,098,701 square feet of commercial property. These properties include a three-story multi-tenant office building on American Way, a four-building industrial park on Farrisview Boulevard, a 4-story owner-occupied office building downtown, and a six-building industrial portfolio for The Acee Company. Before Morgan was promoted to APM, she worked as an apprentice under three experienced, well-respected Memphis property managers on over 6 million square feet of commercial property. The knowledge and work ethic that she gained during her experience propelled her to become an Assistant Property Manager.
Morgan's communicative skills and positive attitude are great contributors to her success. Her diligence, attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills help her to maintain strong relationships with her property owners, tenants, and vendors. Morgan is responsible for the daily operations of her properties including inspections, invoice coding, budgeting, reporting, tenant relations, vendor service contract administration, lease administration, certificate of insurance compliance, maintenance, bidding and scheduling services, and overall health and safety of the building occupants.
Morgan is also familiar with accounting software systems such as Yardi, Kardin Budget System, Nexus Payables and maintenance work order systems such as Impak.

Morgan graduated from Houston High School in 2009 and then went on to study business management at the University of Memphis. While she was a full-time student, she worked for State Farm as an Insurance Account Representative. In 2011, Morgan attended A+ Sevier Insurance Training and earned her license to sell property & casualty insurance. She continued to work for State Farm, selling property & casualty insurance policies while also overseeing the day-to-day account activity and customer service.
In May of 2015, Morgan graduated with honors from the Fogelman College of Business. The following month, Morgan joined the Colliers International - Memphis team as a property assistant.
