Monica Robles

Monica C. Alvarez is the Marketing Coordinator of the Snyder/Carlton Team based in the greater Los Angeles office of Colliers International. The Snyder/Carlton team is an integrated group of professionals with specialties in landlord and tenant representation, debt/equity financing, asset management and overall investment strategy. Monica is responsible for the coordination and creation of marketing and sales materials for all transactions. Creating email marketing campaigns and providing administrative support (GIS mapping, aerials, demographics, etc.) are essential functions to her role on the team. Monica is a Colliers University Advocate, currently working on her CPMC designation (Commercial Property Marketing Certification) from Colliers University. She is also working towards obtaining her Salesperson’s license.

Monica earned a Master’s of Science from the University of Long Beach in 2011. She graduated with a GPA of 4.0 and various awards honoring her work in the field of Health and Human Services.
