Mike serves as the Director of Capital Markets for the Manufactured Housing & RV Group. He works closely with the team and National Director to oversee the execution of the team's Manufactured Housing, Recreational Vehicle Communities and Land assignments.

Monti comes to Colliers from a boutique real estate firm in Orlando where he underwrote and closed $100mm+ in transactions across various asset classes. Mike has experience structuring and executing senior debt, mezzanine financing, and equity placement in Manufactured Housing & RV, as well as in other asset classes and has established relationships with the top lenders in the Manufactured Housing & RV industry which include local, regional, and national banks, credit unions, agency lenders, CMBS, debt funds, life insurance companies, pension funds, family offices, and private equity firms.
