About Me
As an associate vice president with Colliers, Michael Marsh specializes in the leasing of office properties. His areas of expertise include corporate advisory, tenant representation, investments, and distressed or turnaround situations.
Michael is a member of the top-producing team of Todd Noel, Kyle Campbell, Matt Baniszewski, Anthony Timpany, Tara Dannenberg, and Robin Barrett. The team specializes in office and educational properties, leveraging extensive knowledge of the market to assist clients in achieving their real estate and business objectives.
Working closely with clients as part of their executive team, his legal and operational background enables him to ask the critical questions and dig deep into each client's operations to craft uniquely tailored opportunities that maximize value.
Through an integrated platform of services, he ensures clients can make informed real estate decisions.
Prior to joining Colliers, Michael served as an associate with Lee & Associates, representing landlords and tenants in the leasing, sale, and acquisition of commercial space. Working on behalf of tenants, he identified locations and spaces that met their requirements for current and future growth. Michael developed strategic leasing, acquisition, and sales strategies to optimize the value of his clients’ real estate assets.
