I am responsible for providing detailed financial reporting for commercial real estate holdings managed by Colliers | South Carolina. I also consult with property owners and investors on accounting matters to assist them in realizing the maximum value of their investments.
My love of accounting comes from a natural detail-oriented and customer service mindset. Details are so critical in this line of work, and my self-motivation and attention to detail serve me and my clients well. I enjoy getting to work with clients as well as property managers, responding quickly to issues and simplifying the often overwhelming intricacies of accounting. I genuinely enjoy hearing out my clients when they have questions or issues and working with them to understand their needs.
Education
I am a graduate of the Sampson Community College, where I earned an associate degree in Accounting. My professional background consists of both private and public accounting, give me a well-rounded approach that works well for property accounting.
Memberships & Involvements
One of the things that attracted me to Colliers is the company’s core values of Community and Service. In my book, it’s important to put other people first, and I enjoy serving my community. I am an active parent in my daughter’s school activities, work on Habitat for Humanity builds, do pet volunteer work and participate in donation drives, especially toy drives and donation-driven paint nights.
