Melissa Belgara

As a Senior Client Services Coordinator at Colliers International, Melissa focuses on production of high quality marketing for brokerage services and property listings. Responsibilities include development of marketing brochures, customized maps, tour books and websites. With a strong business communications background, Melissa's strengths include property research, marketing, event planning and social media management.  Melissa is a Florida notary, has a Certification in Commercial Property Research through Colliers University and has over eight years in commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Colliers, Melissa served as a Client Services Coordinator at CBRE in Boca Raton, FL and San Antonio, TX for over six years. During that time,  she was selected as a co-delegate for the Women's Network in Palm Beach County. She directed marketing efforts for the local area, co-developed events, as well as assisted polling membership interests and activities.
