Megan McInerney is a Senior Associate within the office division of Colliers International Las Vegas. Her team specializes in the leasing and disposition of commercial office space, as well as tenant representation. Megan has been an active member of the Thill, Dillon & McInerney Office Team since her start in commercial real estate in 2019, under the leadership of Taber Thill and Patti Dillon. Since her partners joined forces in 2010, they have completed over 700 deals resulting in a total transaction value of over $1.1 billion.

Since joining the team in 2019, Megan has been immersed in all aspects of office real estate sales and leasing. Her experience and knowledge of the Las Vegas office market allows her to provide her clients with expert advice on site selection, financial analysis, strategic planning, investment sales, acquisitions, and dispositions.

She spearheads and participates in monthly charitable activities benefitting organizations in the Las Vegas Valley.

In 2021, Megan earned her SIOR Member Associates accredidation and is actively involved in the Southern Nevada chapter.
