Office activity is expected to increase throughout the rest of the year as Utah’s economy continues to trend upwards due to continued growth. Sublease availability saw a slight decrease as larger tenants completed subleasing their space this quarter.

The Utah County market continues to show positive strength as vacancy rates are starting to decrease, sublease space is getting absorbed, lease rates are increasing, and over 47 percent of new construction preleased.
