Lisa Brand

As Vice President, Technology Services, Lisa Brand is responsible for the Colliers360 business intelligence dashboard and analytics system.  Lisa manages the team on client delivery and overall client management of the Colliers360 platform. Working closely with our clients and business leads, she drives the process and technologies synergies within the program to customize requirements and specifications. Lisa supports our multi-market clients and teams on a global level.

Most recently, Lisa was the Program Manager at IBM, responsible for a suite of applications and their compliance posture. These applications processed over $10 billion in orders and invoices with a globally extended team.

Lisa is experienced in all phases of business process and system development including project management, requirements definition, client training and application solution consulting. While with IBM, she was responsible for an enterprise transformation program that took business unit and region-specific core processes and integrated them horizontally across the enterprise on a common systems platform, SAP. Lisa streamlined processes across the enterprise to simplify the process and systems landscape, improve the experience of doing business with IBM and sharpen the focus on client value.
