About Me
Linda White is a Senior Vice President for the Lease Administration and Technology Services within Occupier Services at Colliers International and provides executive oversight of the platforms . In this role, she is responsible for the executive oversight and the development, management and implementation of lease administration services and technology solutions, which includes Colliers360, a multi solution technology stack which includes a fully-integrated business intelligence system that deploys dashboards and portfolio analytics’ technology to provide customized coverage and insight for clients’ real estate and facilities management needs at a global level.
Linda joined Colliers in 2015 with a background in solution development, platform management and system integration. Her vast knowledge and practical experience spans across 20 years and includes several progressive roles at IBM, where she acted as a Program Manager and Executive Consultant. She has continued to focus on the integration of advanced technology platforms such as QlickSense, which demonstrates her technical understanding of how analytics can impact the daily operations of a client’s management of their corporate real estate portfolio, as well as the alignment to their overall business strategy and objectives.
Through Linda’s leadership, she has demonstrated how the integration of QlickSense within its current technology strategy has proven to be a success in providing a cutting-edge, dashboards and analytics solution for corporate real estate occupiers. Linda has further enhanced the experience of Colliers’ clients by integrating technologies and has embedded business-related KPIS within the latest version of Colliers360. She has also established an industry leading lease administration services platform which services several Fortune 500 companies such as Nestle, Nokia and Bimbo Bakeries.
Linda was recognized in 2021 at the Globe St Women of Influence where she was a guest speaker and was also the recipient of the Globe St. Innovator award in 2022.

Linda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Georgia.
