Kurtis Blanchard is an Associate with Colliers International in the San Diego Region. Kurtis specializes in representing investors & occupiers in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial buildings in San Diego with a primary focus on Central & East County. These transactions include cross-dock facilities, warehouses, trucking operations, storage yards, & manufacturing operations. Kurtis is responsible for identifying new business opportunities for his team and introducing the client to Colliers International's capabilities. Kurtis is trusted by his clients through his local market expertise, lease/purchase agreement negotiation support, disposition strategy, and ability to execute. He has also taken a leadership role in the Colliers San Diego office through hosting the monthly Industrial meetings. To ensure he keeps current with real estate trends and practices, Kurtis attends conferences and is an active member of various associations within the industry and community.
