Karen Mooney

Karen N.M. Mooney joined Colliers International as a Transaction Coordinator after over a decade of commerical and luxury residential experience. She previously served as a Senior Communications Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield’s U.S. Marketing & Communications group for the Mid-Atlantic Region, focusing on Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Southern New Jersey.  In this role, she was responsibe for identifying new business development opportunities,  execute marketing communications, advertising, mentoring, events, brand management, social media, corporate marketing, and project management.

Karen is an active volunteer, providing support to Hub of Hope, Wintershelter and Philabundance. She is also a member of Green Building United, an organization dedicated to green building education and advocacy. Ms. Mooney earned her Bachelor of Science degree in English Writing from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. She is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Notary in Pennsylvania, and a LEED Green Associate.
