Joy is a Vice President in the Colliers International Northern Virginia office, specializing in industrial leasing and land dispositions. She joins Colliers from the West Virginia Department of Commerce, where she was responsible for business expansion and retention for seven counties of the Eastern Panhandle Region as Regional Manager for Business Retention.

Joy began her career as a realtor at Greentree Realty where she worked in residential and commericial property sales. After moving on to work for the State of West Virginia, Lewis developed critical relationships with state, county, and local officials to assist companies in the region with a variety of needs related to expansion or relocation within West Virginia. Before taking the role at the Department of Commerce, she served as Regional Representative for West Virginia Governor Earl Ray Tomblin, where she acted as an initial contact and liasion to the Governor's office for local businesses.
