Josh specializes in retail leasing and disposition helping buyers/tenants and tenants/landlords reach their real estate goals. He focuses on tenant representation, site selection analysis, multi-store rollouts, shopping center leasing,  and ground-up development. In addition, Josh offers consulting services, helping clients work with other third-party vendors. As a Wisconsin native, Josh understands trends specific to the area.
