About Me
Josh began his career in commercial real estate during college as an Information Services Researcher for CB Commercial in Bellevue, Washington. He then moved to La Jolla (UTC), California and began working at Colliers as a research analyst. From 1998 until 2019, Josh specialized in industrial brokerage from the Carlsbad office - focused on the North County San Diego Market.
In 2020, Josh moved to Boise, Idaho where he focuses on leasing and sales of industrial, land and office properties throughout the state of Idaho. Josh has been involved in over 2,500 completed leasing and sales transactions since joining Colliers.
