Joe joined Colliers International in 2012 to lead and grow Colliers’ Office Brokerage Division.  Today he focuses on providing strategic solutions to local and national Health Care and Life Science clients. Joe’s background in architecture, real estate development and financial analysis provides clients with an experienced professional and strategic leader who integrates  complex factors to create successful results for clients.


Joe is a Healthcare Fellow and serves on the Colliers Life Sciences Practice Group Steering Committee. He is the host of Colliers Philadelphia’s weekly LabNotes digital newsletter, featuring conversations with innovators shaping the Philadelphia Life Sciences Cluster.

About Me

Joe joined Colliers International in 2012 to lead and grow Colliers’ Office Brokerage Division.  Today he focuses on providing strategic solutions to local and national Health Care and Life Science clients. Joe’s background in architecture, real estate development and financial analysis provides clients with an experienced professional and strategic leader who integrates  complex factors to create successful results for clients.


Joe is a Healthcare Fellow and serves on the Colliers Life Sciences Practice Group Steering Committee. He is the host of Colliers Philadelphia’s weekly LabNotes digital newsletter, featuring conversations with innovators shaping the Philadelphia Life Sciences Cluster.

Prior to joining Colliers, Joe was Senior Vice President in the Philadelphia office of Jones Lang LaSalle, leading the company’s regional higher education and healthcare consulting and brokerage practices.


Joe has managed the acquisition, leasing, design, construction and occupancy of more than 4,000,000 SF of office space on behalf of clients and performed consulting studies for numerous institutional clients in the region. He has sold, leased or developed many iconic properties including NFL Films’ Production Studio, Tyco International’s HQ at 57 W. 57th Street in Manhattan, The Wistar Institute’s 1895 Building and new research tower at 36th & Spruce, Hillel at Penn (Steinhardt Hall) at 37th and Locust Walk and 3600 and 3615 Market Street.
