John Petersen

John Petersen’s real estate experience began 20 years ago in property management and bridge loan financing. He expanded into real estate development and has an in depth knowledge of office and land development. His experience includes several large-scale office/retail developments where he secured and provided financing for the projects. These projects include the RiverPark Corporate Center where he served as managing partner and then was visionary in assembling what is now the Thanksgiving Park/Station development. Petersen represents and is a partner in the 125-acre Thanksgiving Park/Station development.

Petersen’s broad experience includes tenant representation, owner representation, property development, and investment properties. Petersen believes it is vitally important to understand all aspects of real estate from securing financing to disposition of assets.
