About Me
I am a Managing Director of Colliers | South Carolina in the Spartanburg office, specializing in industrial buildings, industrial land and tenant representation.
My experience includes master-planning and developing thousands of acres of real estate as well as attracting significant economic development projects worth billions of dollars and thousands of jobs including Toray Carbon Fibers, Ritrama, Kobelco, Keurig Dr. Pepper, Magna Seating and Techtronics Industries.
In 2022, I earned the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designation.

I am a graduate of The University of the South in Sewanee, TN and hold a Master of Real Estate Development degree from Columbia University in New York City. I live in Spartanburg, SC with my wife and four children.
I have served as Vice President and CEO of commercial real estate giant Pacolet Milliken and Montgomery Development Group, respectively, before joining Colliers in 2018.
Memberships & Involvements
I am an active member of the Urban Land Institute, Chairman of the Board for the City of Spartanburg Commission of Public Works and Commissioner of the Spartanburg Sanitary Sewer District. I am also Chairman of the trail development committee for The City of Spartanburg and Spartanburg County.
My passion for the surrounding community is not just development focused. In addition to being a graduate of the Liberty Fellowship and the National Outdoor Leadership School, I have served on the Board of Trustees for Converse College, the Board of Directors for Glenn Springs Academy, Boys and Girls Clubs of the Upstate, SAFE Homes Rape Crisis Coalition, Spartanburg Community College Foundation and the University of South Carolina Upstate Foundation Board.
