Joe Riley

Joe joined Colliers in 2011 and has spent the entirety of his career advising tenants on their ever-changing real estate needs.  Joe works with companies in many industry sectors and ranging from local startups to national and global venture capital-funded growth companies.  Joe works with his clients to accurately determine their real estate needs in order to develop and implement the optimal strategy to achieve their real estate and business abjectives.  Joe consistently delivers favorable and measurable results for his clients by providing the highest level of service and real estate expertise.    

Leveraging Colliers global platform, Joe is able to assist his clients in the Seattle Puget Sound region and across the globe with real estate portfolio management, transaction management, property disposition, project budgeting and financial analysis. 

Before joining Colliers, Joe had a career in basketball, coaching collegiately at the University of San Francisco and playing and coaching professionally in Copenhagen, Denmark.  While in college, Joe co-founded the first environmentally friendly certified ‘Green’ residential painting company in Northern California and grew revenue to $1.5M in the first year.
