Jeffrey Shouse

Jeffrey R. Shouse, MAI is currently serving as the Executive Managing Director for the Sacramento, San Francisco, Fresno, Salt Lake City and Denver offices.  He oversees the largest team at Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services.

Jeff joined Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services in January 1998. His primary focus is on the valuation of self-storage facilities, mobile home parks, and multifamily developments. Over the last several years, Jeff has appraised these property types in all 50 states. He serves as the Company’s National Self-storage Specialty Group Practice Leader. He oversees a team of 20 appraisers nationwide that are also specializing in self-storage. He has been invited to speak at several events for the Self Storage Association and California Self Storage Association throughout the years. His clients include lenders, developers, owners, attorneys, insurance companies, and redevelopment groups.​
