Jason Lee serves as Director, Transaction Management for a highly respected multi-market occupier services team based in Dallas, Texas. The team is nationally recognized by Colliers for delivering customized real estate solutions exclusively to corporate occupiers, through a diverse team of dedicated professionals, the powerful Colliers platform, and a proven track record. Mr. Lee is responsible for delivering expert transaction management results for multiple clients. He ensures quality and consistency while delivering services across all product type and a broad geographical footprint.

Prior to joining Colliers, Jason was at Cushman & Wakefield where he provided ongoing management and leadership of real estate transaction activities for Boeing’s large and complex portfolio of properties in the Americas for nearly 7 years. He coordinated field resources and other stakeholders in the execution of real estate documentation. Jason developed and implemented real estate strategies with an understanding of the client’s real estate goals. He assisted with project initiation, scope definition, and adherence to client-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones.

Jason is a seasoned and successful Advisory and Transaction Management leader with 19 years of experience in the Occupier and Corporate Services industry. He is skilled in a variety of commercial asset classes including office, industrial, retail, specialty, and land sites. Jason is a team player known for developing strong client relationships and delivering winning outcomes.

Mr. Lee is a recipient of two Global Real Estate Champion Awards in 2021 from his time working with Boeing for being accountable from beginning to end, and earning stakeholder trust and preference.
