Jake Horowitz

Jake Horowitz is an Associate Vice President  in the Retail Leasing Division of Colliers International, where he focuses on tenant and landlord representation in all five boroughs of New York City. Mr. Horowitz joined colliers in 2017.

Mr. Horowitz joined Colliers from Eastern Consolidated, where he served many retail clients across Manhattan. Jake also has a background in the restaurant business having worked as the manager of a restaurant for five years.

Jake also was selected as a leader of Colliers International Emerging Retail Leaders in 2020-2021 and in 2022 was selected as one of Commercial Observer's Top Young Leasing Professionals.

Some of Mr. Horowitz notable transactions include:

·         Representation of Thomson Reuters and Representation of Café Europa in their lease extension at 3 Times Square

·         Representation of Mack Weldon in their first brick and mortar store at The Shops at Hudson Yards

·         Representation of Sisu Clinic in their flagship New York Clinic at 61 West 23rd Street

·         Representation of Optyx in their lease at 1125 Lexington Avenue

Nowakowski, Café Europa, Sisu Clinic, among others.  He also has represented landlords such as New York University, NOAM Management, Thomson Reuters, UDR Inc., CUNY, Greenroad Capital, Hornig Capital, Cape Advisors, Justin Management, among others, as their leasing agent.
