Irma Lewis

I have been in the real estate accounting area for over 25 years.  I have learned full cycle accounting for Development, predevelopment, property accounting, fixed assets, and construction.  I have experience in commercial properties, residential properties as well as student housing.

I am a high energy employee with a good sense of humor.  In all my years of accounting, I have learned to listen to those around me, because someone always has a better way of accomplishing the same task.

I have also learned that working together allows me to learn a lot.  When I was first learning construction, it was very helpful have a good relationship with the Project Managers.  They taught me how to work together to help them help me get my job done better.

I am always looking to learn more each day.  A good challenge is exciting for me, I always like to learn and expand my knowledge. 

In 2018, I was the proud recipiant of the 1st Colliers International Marcella Thrash Memorial Award for Service Excellance 

In 2019 I was the proud recipiant of the 2019 Service Excellance Award

In 2019 I was a 1st time Mentor for the  Women's diversity Program
