Gina Dalrymple

As a CRE Leasing Manager for the office division of Colliers International – Asset Services, Gina is a valued member of the Memphis office leasing team. As a licensed affiliate broker, she able to assist the leasing team from onset to the closing of their simultaneous deals.  She is responsible for the intricate details of preparing proposals and lease documents, along with maintaining and updating property statistics, information and reports. Although Gina’s specialty is office leasing, with her comprehensive understanding of detailed and precise lease document preparation, she is able to assist the industrial team as well.

With her skilled knowledge of graphic software, Gina is able to design creative presentations, property brochures and other essential marketing materials associated with the continuing pursuit of new business. While working alongside with the marketing coordinator, she facilitates in the execution of special company events. 

Gina also assists the marketing and leasing services manager in her daily operations of the Asset Services office.

Prior to joining Colliers in 2007, Gina worked as office manager for JL Property Services, LLC, a residential and commercial contracting firm.  While holding this position for 14 years, Gina oversaw the day-to-day aspects of running the business, and managed and leased all rental properties held by the company. She also organized and managed multiple contractors to “flip” properties that were held in foreclosure by financial institutions that hired the company to increase the property value.

Gina also has eight years’ experience in managing and leasing large apartment complexes ranging from 688 – 808 units in the Memphis area.
