About Me
Serving as a Shareholder of the company, my specific areas of brokerage expertise include landlord/seller and tenant/buyer representation for land, retail and investment properties. I also have significant experience advising and consulting with financial institutions on troubled assets and OREO.
The most rewarding part of my job is identifying either a problem and solving it or recognizing an opportunity and capitalizing on it. This is a strength that translates into real estate solutions for my clients that not only accomplish the goal set forth, but also exceed their expectations and set a path for continuous business growth. I am very straightforward in my approach to real estate and interacting with clients, always handling a deal for the client’s wants and best interests first and foremost.
I have been the recipient of numerous awards, including the Commercial Property Manager of the Year. I was also twice named the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS® (GGAR) Commercial Realtor of the Year. I am past President of the South Carolina chapter of IREM and the West End Association. I was also the former Chairman for the City of Greenville Board of Zoning Appeals and served as former Chairman for the board of trustees for Buncombe Street United Methodist Church. In 2018, I received the Colliers | South Carolina Production Award for being a Top 10 Producer.
I am active in many civic endeavors in my community, including Meals on Wheels, the United Way and The Blood Connection.

I am a 1983 graduate of Clemson University and began my career in commercial real estate specializing in multi-family development and management. I transitioned to a broad brokerage and property management practice, merging my firm with Colliers International | South Carolina in 2006. Since then, I have enjoyed the platform that Colliers has provided in combining people’s strengths into teams that work best for our clients.
