About Me
Felecia is a Senior Property Manager with over 21 years of experience managing Class A, B and C Office space and Retail properties. She is currently responsible for over 1 million square feet of commercial office and retail facilities in the Greater Richmond Area. Her responsibilities include financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, remote management logistics, maintenance supervision and scheduling in addition to many others.
Previously, Felecia worked as a Real Estate Manager at Hackney Real Estate Partners where she oversaw a portfolio of approximately 2,000,000 SF of anchor tenant retail properties.
