Evan Brooks

Evan is the US Team Lead & Manager of Broker Engagement/Recruitment for Colliers USA. He and his team partner directly with Executive Leadership, Capital Markets, Corporate D&I allies and Colliers best in class brokerage teams to identify growth and succession opportunities that will accelerate the success of the business.

He  also directly oversees a particular region in the Southeast and Mid-Central US. Evan is consistently  networking with sales & leasing professionals in the CRE industry for these markets specifically:

Prior to joining Colliers, Evan was a Recruitment Consultant with Michael Page International, where he was responsible for the full recruitment cycle of qualified candidates and managing a book of business unto himself. Before that, he was a recruiter with The Palmer Group in West Des Moines, Iowa, where he was recognized as a ‘Top Performer’ in the company his last three quarters with the firm.

Evan graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a Minor in General Business from Iowa State University.
