Mr. DeLucia is a Senior Managing Director in the office leasing division at the Stamford, Connecticut office of the firm. He concentrates on business in Fairfield and New Haven Counties in Connecticut as well as servicing the Multi-Market requirements of national accounts. He has more than 15 years of experience providing commercial real estate solutions for clients throughout Connecticut and New York. Mr. DeLucia is well versed in both tenant and owner representation as well as corporate disposition and acquisition work and Building Sales.
BUSINESS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. DeLucia was a Managing Director at Grubb and Ellis. His clients include EMCOR Group Inc. Mr. DeLucia holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Connecticut.
