Elena Jesi

Elena is an integral part of the Real Estate Management department, becoming the property manager’s right hand in maintaining all tenant and property files, planning tenant events and aiding in organizing property maintenance. Elena’s primary objective is to provide exceptional service utilizing her strong administrative background and organizational skills. She is experienced with a variety of property types, including industrial, office and retail properties. She has a strong understanding of the financial aspects of property management, and regularly assists managers with preparing annual budgets and operating expense reconciliations.

 Elena’s enterprising spirit is reflected in her ability to maximize efficiencies by evaluating, redeveloping and integrating new processes and procedures within the management department. 

Elena obtained her Ohio Real Estate License in 2018 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, specializing in Business Management.
