Duanne Jordan

Duanne Jordan joined the Colliers International team in 2012 as a Senior Property Manager for the Miami-Dade portfolio, with the responsibility of day-to-day operations for three office building projects in the Airport and west Airport market over time that responsibility increased with the addition of a class A office building in Coral Gables and also two office buildings in Coconut grove. Duanne’s duties include oversight of daily operations, vendors, management personnel, construction, as well as, the preparation of annual budgets, monthly and financial reports.

His 15 year history in Commercial Real Estate includes overseeing and participating with the management of over 1 million square feet of Class A office space for the Hogan Group at Waterford at Blue Lagoon. Throughout his career, Duanne has incorporated his facility and development experience in coordination with project management, construction and capital improvement assignments.
