Combining deep market knowledge with occupier trends, Derek has a successful track record of identifying real estate opportunities that match clients’ business objectives.
His diverse background of real estate experience over the last 15 years includes a full suite of services such as analytical feasibility studies, corporate and professional relocations, property acquisition/disposition, pre and post M&A analysis, workplace strategy development, etc.
Mr. Baker is a member of the Tenant Advisory Council within Colliers and an Everest Club Member (top 10% of producers from Colliers International's Americas Region).
