About Me
With 40 years of Commercial Real Estate Experience, Dave is able to assist his clients through intensive market knowledge and professional representation skills. Specializing in leasing, sales and consulting services for users and industrial property owners, Dave has completed over 2,000 lease and sale transactions totaling over 30 million square feet.
Dave entered commercial brokerage with BTS Brokerage in 1981. In 1988 he joined Colliers International where he continued to focus on the industrial market in Silicon Valley.
Dave has been a member of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers since 1981. .
Dave lives in Willow Glen with his wife Marilyn. They have three adult children.
