I am an appraiser based out of the Boston office who specializes in mineral property and mineral rights appraisals and valuations. Representative assignments include the appraisal of sand and gravel operations, dimension stone quarries, and crushed rock facilities. Additionally, appraisals have been completed on oil & gas rights and unpatented mineral claims. My geographical area is primarily the continental United States with territorial understanding for most of the world. This line of work is augmented with appraisal of traditional asset types including retail, office, industrial, multifamily, and vacant land. Clients include banks, lending groups, government agencies, and private clients including attorneys and accountants.
