Dan Gerka is a vital member of Colliers Indianapolis Market Research department, where he specializes in data management, reporting, and demographic research. He leverages multiple sources to compile reliable and in-depth market intel used in property tours, market comparables, and quarterly statistical publications. Additionally, Dan oversees various data platforms, to fine tune data flow processes and ongoing updates of market research records as well as implement custom processes and data repositories. Dan relies on his strong technological background and systematic style to gather, analyze and interpret statistical data. 

Dan was awarded the Peak Performance Award, in recognition of his extensive work toward developing and launching ColliersView – an innovative online property data platform for the Colliers Indianapolis market.  His attention to detail throughout the project were invaluable including: data framework, pre-launch testing and troubleshooting, and post-launch training sessions.
