About Me
Connor McClain in the past ten years has rapidly become a leader in the Seattle market with Portfolio Management services. Mr. McClain entered the industry in 2012 and specializes in tenant representation and management of many local and nationally based companies.
Connor’s primary expertise has been focused on transaction management, and he is highly instrumental in formulating and implementing real estate strategies that focus on not only cost initiatives, but also effective portfolio management strategies and corporate branding. Mr. McClain’s primary services include delivery of high level client satisfaction in the management and oversight of lease portfolios and negotiating complex transactions on behalf of his clients, both locally and nationally.
A Seattle native, Connor attended Washington State University where he was an annual member of the Dean’s List and President’s Honor Roll. Connor is active in the Seattle community as Board member for the King County Boys & Girls Club and Washington State University Athletic Club. Connor enjoys basketball, skiing and traveling.
