About Me
Cole Hooper is a Vice President in the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Colliers International and works on a team with Colliers’ Senior Vice President, Ward Richmond.
The team’s primary focus is representing corporate users and investors in the acquisition and disposition of “supply chain real estate” - warehouses, truck terminals, manufacturing facilities and industrial land.
Cole is recognized for his overall market knowledge, work ethic, tenacity, and passion for the industry. His goal is to provide optimal real estate solutions that link his clients’ real estate needs with their overall business strategies.
During his time at Colliers, Cole has provided his clients with market analysis, financial analysis, strategic real estate and facilities planning, site selection, and acquisition and disposition services.
