Education

Chris received his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics from The University of Nevada, Reno in 2001.  From 2007 through 2013 a minimum of 70% of his time has been spent representing local tenants & buyers. Knowing the local businesses within the marketplace and understanding their needs has allowed Chris and his team to deliver custom fit solutions per his client’s needs and timeframes.

Chris heads the Reno Industrial Team at Colliers.  Born & raised in Reno, NV, Chris has over 20 years of experience in the Reno-Sparks real estate market.  Chris’ market knowledge and relationships are key components to his client’s success. 

Landlord clients have benefited from this understanding of the everchanging Reno-Sparks marketplace; the statistics, activity, and players.  Chris and his team pride themselves on driving impressive results through dedicated attention to their listings.

Chris has also had the opportunity to represent many private buyers and sellers of industrial investments since receiving his license in 2005 and has helped investors secure real estate in several states across the country.
