Charlotte began her career in 2005 and was added as one of the first female partners of the firm in 2018. As a partner and board member at Colliers Nashville, Charlotte is responsible for overall company growth and organizational success.
Charlotte’s team helps their clients make informed decisions regarding real estate. With extensive market knowledge. Charlotte demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record of serving her clients’ needs in a timely and efficient manner. Charlotte’s team is recognized as one of the top teams in Nashville for assisting owners and users in the office arena.
Charlotte graduated from the University of the South (Sewanee) in 2001 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree. Charlotte is an active member of the Sewanee Alumni Association. She is also an avid supporter of the Land Trust for Tennessee, a non-profit focused on preserving the unique character of Tennessee’s natural and historic landscape and sites. Charlotte served as Education Chair on the CCIM Board for 2013 and 2014, and currently serves as Treasurer on the NAIOP Board.
