Chad Arnold is Executive Vice President in the Pleasanton Office with Colliers, specializing in office leasing and tenant representation brokerage.

Prior to entering the Bay Area market, Chad was based in Northern Virginia/Washington DC in the role of Executive Vice President at the Northern Virginia Brokerage for Colliers. This role saw Chad specializing in tenant representation in the Northern Virginia and Washington, DC, area.

With a career spanning close to 20 years within the commercial real estate industry, Chad has represented the interests of many of the most dynamic and fastest-growing companies both locally and nationally.

Additionally, Chad has been featured in the Washington Business Journal and Smart CEO Magazine, along with authoring numerous articles and opinions.
