Carter brings over 6 years of real estate experience with a background in transactional management and strategy consulting. She joined the Colliers Enterprise Clients team in February 2020 as a Transaction Coordinator and has since worked her way up as a Consultant on the Portfolio Strategy Consulting team. 

Carter is responsible for initiatives such as developing metro-market strategy plans, conducting annual mark-to-market excises for Enterprise Clients, assisting in curating portfolio optimization studies,  and creating asset summaries to present to stakeholders.

Carter was the recipient of the 2020 Americas Occupier Services Rising Star Award.

In 2021, she was nominated for both the Americas Occupier Services Rising Star Award as well as the Global Occupier Services Rising Star Award.

In 2022, she was nominated for the Americas Occupier Services Service Excellence Award.
