As Administrative Manager in South Florida, Carras Perez provides guidance, training, and oversight of the Client Services team in the region.  She is focused on ensuring operational efficiency while emphasizing the importance of  broker and support team synergy. Carras consistently encourages the team to leverage all company resources in order to streamline processes and collaborate with the marketing, research, and GIS teams to successfully produce quality marketing materials in service to our clients and brokers.

As the local contact and trainer for our company tools and resources, Carras is always excited to introduce newcomers to Colliers' extensive tools and provide best practices to implement their use. Her focus is to accelerate the success of every individual, broker or team,  showing our clients and competitors the Colliers Difference. 

Carras has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2008, she began her career in property management, which provided a unique understanding of commercial real estate properties and only enhanced her knowledge of the commercial real estate sector.
