Carla Meyer

Carla Meyer serves as Senior Director for a highly respected multi-market occupier services team based in Dallas, Texas. The team is nationally recognized by Colliers for delivering customized real estate solutions exclusively to corporate occupiers, through a diverse team of dedicated professionals, the powerful Colliers platform, and a proven track record. Ms. Meyer leads the team’s delivery of Flexible Workspace Transaction Services, providing marketing and client solutions support for our long-term client, IWG plc across the U.S.

Prior to joining Colliers, Carla served as the Flexible Workplace Advisor for the DFW-based Advisory and Transaction Services team of CBRE, Inc., where she was employed for a year and a half. Prior to joining CBRE, she was the Director of Broker Partnerships as well as the Director of Sales Training for IWG plc in North America. IWG plc is the holding company for several brands including Regus, Spaces, No18, HQ and Signature by Regus, and is multinational provider of serviced offices, coworking spaces, business lounges, virtual offices, meeting rooms, and video teleconference services. Over her tenure with IWG plc, Carla held several positions including General Manager, Area Sales Manager, Area Director and Corporate Account Director. Her extensive experience in this continually evolving industry makes her an excellent addition to the team.
