About Me
Cam Kucic SIOR, is a seasoned and high-producing professional with over 16 years of experience. Teamed with Korey Ryan, the duo specializes in Industrial Advisory Services with heavy emphasis on modern bulk product — covering both Tenant and Landlord Representation assignments for multi-location needs in central Indiana as well as across the U.S. His diverse assignments include manufacturing facilities, build-to-suit projects, and the full range of warehouse and distribution requirements.
Cam has also represented clients with out-of-market distribution / logistics ventures and has a solid understanding of multi-faceted elements required. He approaches each assignment with diligence and his bottom-line mindset enables him to optimize the value of his clients’ real estate transactions.
Cam’s work ethic, combined with his keen financial acumen, has produced impressive industry achievements: 2-time inductee in the coveted Colliers Everest Club; numerous performance awards for the Colliers Indianapolis office including Top Producer, Top Producing Team, 3-time recipient for Largest Transaction, and Peak Performance Award; plus NAIOP Indiana Chapter’s Best Industrial Transaction award.
Additionally, Cam serves on Colliers Indianapolis Executive Committee, tasked to oversee the firm’s strategic initiatives.
Cam is a graduate of Indiana University, with a degree in Business Management.
