Bryce Daves

I am a vice president with Colliers with more than thirteen years of experience in the Memphis Metropolitan area and have completed over 300 lease and sales transactions. I represent clients who need industrial and office space, and my primary duties include site location, lease analysis, lease and sublease negotiations, as well as acquisition and disposition of assets.

Prior to joining Colliers in June 2019, I worked as the leasing manager at Olymbec USA LLC from January 2016 until May 2019.  As the leasing manager, I was responsible for overseeing two in-house brokers responsible for leasing approximately nine million square feet of industrial, office and retail space in Memphis and acted as asset manager for a 180,000 square foot office park in Nashville, TN.

Before Olymbec USA LLC, I started my career in commercial real estate at CB Richard Ellis Memphis in September 2009 as an associate on the Industrial Asset Services team.  My primary responsibility was working on a team responsible for leasing and managing a 16 million square foot portfolio.
