In her 13-year real estate career, Brooke has successfully completed numerous transactions across several project types, including regional consolidations, headquarters, contract-contingent requirements, sales/subleases, build to suits, and national site selection including economic incentives. She has experience with corporate clients that spans varying asset types including office, retail, healthcare, banking, industrial, and flex-use spaces. Brooke has acquired valuable professional experience in both commercial and residential real estate.
