About Me
Brett joined Colliers | Wisconsin in December 2018 as a Senior Vice President within the Industrial Services Group. Prior to joining Colliers, Brett was a Senior Vice President of Industrial at NAI MLG Commercial for 11 years. Brett specializes in the leasing and sale of industrial/flex properties as well as land throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Market representation includes both single and multi-tenanted flex, manufacturing, distribution and investment properties.
Prior to joining Colliers, Brett was consistently one of the top performers at NAI MLG Commercial. Brett has been awarded the Costar "Power Broker" award several times and to date has completed transactions totaling in excess of 10 million square feet and $300 million in value.

Brett is a licensed Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson and member of Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW). As an alum, Brett continues to stay involved at Marquette University where he volunteers as a Mentor to the College of Business Administration's Mentor Program as well as is an active member within the Real Estate Alumni Assocation (REALM). Brett is also passionate about giving back to the community and is a 9-time participant in JDRF’s Ride for a Cure in which he has helped raise over $50,000 for the organization. Brett is also involved in organizing an annual Giving Tree Campaign which provides gifts to underprivileged children in the Milwaukee area.
